Our Community Outcomes

Napier's Three-Year Plan 2024-27 consultation is now closed. 

Thank you to everyone who took the time to make a submission. Community feedback is an important part of the development of our Three-Year Plan. 

All submissions will be considered, with consultation hearings taking place on 27 and 28 May at the Napier War Memorial Centre, followed by Council deliberations on 29 May. The hearings will be livestreamed on our Facebook page. Council will adopt the Three-Year Plan 2024-27 on 27 June 2024.

In 2023, Napier City Council adopted five strategic priorities to guide its decision-making over the coming years. These strategic priorities are also the ‘Community Outcomes’ that underpin the contents of our Three-Year Plan. They are all equally important and will help us to decide which projects, activities and budgets to prioritise in our Three-Year Plan 2024-27.
